My Promise to You  

 I am deeply committed to ensuring best practices in all areas of the counselling process, from intake to completion of our time together.  Initially, we identify goals that you want to work on, to resolve issues that may be holding you back. My approach is one of sharing and dialogue as we co-create solutions that fit your needs.

My specific areas of practice include cognitive behavioural therapy, solution focused therapy, addiction and recovery support, spirituality and emotional focused therapy.

I've participated in training with Esther Perel,  the Choose Again Retreat, The Last Door, and the Mussar Institute. I am presently finishing a Doctor of Counselling & Psychotherapy with Yorkville University.

To make sure your needs are always front and centre, I consult with you periodically during our work together to ensure that you are satisfied with the course the therapeutic process is taking.​​
