How I Can Support You
My areas of focus include:

Spirituality
I welcome conversations about religion and spirituality during our time together. Our practices and rituals can give us hope, peace, and clarity that can carry us through difficult times. If you are hoping to deepen your insight I would be honoured to support you.

Relationships
Building and maintaining strong, loving relationships with friends, family, and partners takes work. There are many factors that affect how you engage with others. I support individuals and couples strengthen connections to themselves and each other

Addictions
Addictions can affect your mood, career, relationships, and many other aspects of your life. If you are looking for support, or you want to learn ways to support a loved one, I can work with you to understand yourself and find tools and strategies that work for you.

Life Transitions
Change is a constant part of our lives. If you are struggling as you transition from one season of your life to the next, I can help you understand your values and wants, and together we can discuss actionable ways to work towards your goals.

Grief and Loss
We all experience loss. Whether you have lost a person, relationship, career, or health, loss finds us in different ways. Sometimes we may not recognize the grief we hold, or our grief becomes difficult and our pain is unbearable. You do not have to go through it alone.

Hello there,
I'm Shelley. Originally from the East Coast of Canada, I have been involved in psychotherapy and coaching for the past 30 years. I have worked with clients who are dealing with life and career transitions, relationship issues, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, addiction and more.
My approach is kind, clear, and direct with the goals in mind to be helpful and sincere. I believe my role is to listen empathically, to understand your concerns and to help you see a way to a solution.
My core belief is that within each of us is the wisdom of knowing. When we come into that place of really appreciating who we are, the limits that have restrained us, dissolve. We are far greater than our wildest dreams. I believe we have what it takes to resolve whatever it is that is getting in the way of living in harmony. I look forward to meeting you and discovering how we might work together.
